Full-Time Customer Service/Marketing Assistants

Responsibilities:

  • In-house customer service, order entry, marketing support to outside sales reps
  • Create quotes and sales flyers
  • Update webstores, pricelists and databases
  • Maintain regular phone contact with customer base
  • Provide support to management

Skills/Education Needed:

  • Positive, upbeat attitude with team-building skills
  • Excellent communication
  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize others in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Promotional products industry experience and Photoshop skills are definite plus
  • Associates degree or higher in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Full-Time Admin Assistant

Administrative support to the Operations Manager. Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel. Multi-tasker, problem-solver, high level of accuracy.

Part-Time Purchasing Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Daily purchasing duties for 5 divisions Issue resolution with vendors on mis-ships, overages, etc.
  • Inventory control
Approximately 25-30 hours per week, depending on workload. Must be available core hours of 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. more as needed. Proficient in Word and Excel, eye for detail, and ability to accurately perform all purchasing and inventory functions. Some college/work experience is preferred.
